WeldCheckThe WeldCheck Eddy Current (ECT) Flaw Detector Family from ETher NDE now appeals to users within a wide range of industries including Offshore, Rope Access nondestructive testing (NDT) applications and other weld inpsection applications replacing Magnetic Particle and Liquid Penetrant Inspection especially on coated welds.
Designed specifically to meet the exacting requiements of ISO17643 (formally EN1711) "Eddy Current examination of welds by complex plane analysis".
The WeldCheck2 is a single channel instrument that offers a simplified specification but none the less boasts a 10Hz-20MHz frequency range.
The WeldCheck+ instrument is a dual-frequency eddy current inspection instrument with conductivity. WeldCheck+ offers 10Hz -12.8MHz frequency range.

AeroCheckDesigned specifically for Non Destructive Testing in the Aerospace industry, the AeroCheck offers NDT inspectors a lightweight, easy to use solution for NDT inspection.
The single frequency AeroCheck2 has a frequency range of 10Hz to 20MHz, whereas the dual frequency AeroCheck+ offers 10Hz -12.8MHz, ensuring a diverse range of real world applications can be met.
The AeroCheck series uses a wide range of eddy current probes meeting all the needs of the aerospace eddy current inspector.
Weighing just 1.2kg (2.7lbs), housed in a tough aluminium alloy Mg Si 0.5 powder-coated outer case and fitted with rubber feet to aid grip, the AeroCheck is as stable on a wing of an aircraft as it is on a laboratory bench.

ETi 200

Eti200The ETi-200 is designed to offer advanced multi-frequency and multi-channel Eddy Current (ET) flaw detection housed in the smallest portable Eddy Current (EC) package on the market.
The ETi-200 allows the Operator to programme not only frequency, but many other advanced functions. With single-Probe operation, the ETi-200 can multiplex eight Channels, making the ETi-200 the most flexible portable unit available. Alternately with two Probes connected the ETi-200 allows any mix of eight channels across two Probes.
The ETi-200 is built with a strong cast aluminium chassis. The aluminium chassis is over-laid with protective rubber over-moulding on all corners and other vulnerable areas.
Weighing just 2.8kg (6.2lbs) with a compact footprint, the ETi-200 offers the user more advanced features than any equivalent unit. Sympathetically designed with end users in mind, the ETi-200 includes an adjustable hand-strap, harness attachment points and meets the IP54 standard making it splash and dust proof.
